Well....times flies when you’re having fun. I didn’t realize it had been so long since we’d last blogged. We’ve been busy, I suppose, and trying to enjoy this nice weather now that it’s here.
Sterling is growing like a weed! He can now roll over, although he seems to be camera shy and will only “perform” as soon as we turn the camera off. He hasn’t mastered back to tummy, yet, but he’s trying.
We recently got back from a trip to California. Sterling was the best baby. We were a little nervous about him flying, but seems to take after his parents and enjoys sleeping on the plane. He got to meet his great grandmother, many aunts, uncles and cousins and even spent 2 nights at John David & Mary’s in LA. John David took us around the set of Boston Legal and Wade got a chance to sit at the desk of Denny Crane! Sterling also took a trip to the beach. He must like the sound of the ocean because he was asleep in no time. We wanted to put his toes in the sand, but decided not to wake him. However, he did experience the feel of grass for the first time the other day and seemed to like that okay.
His first time swimming was not so pleasant. We think the water may have been a little too cold since he loves bath time. Maybe he’ll change his mind soon.
And last, but not least...apparently Gloworms are scary. Sterling recently received a Gloworm, but every time I play it for him it makes him cry. It’s so sad, but humorous at the same time.
We have lots of new video, but Wade’s super busy right now, so it may be a while before we can get it all put together. He only has 5 more weeks of Law School. YEA!
