Ready to Run!

On Sunday we woke up early & headed out to the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon to run! My class this year has been training for the Kid's marathon. Over the last few months we've been running at school up to 25 miles, then the day of the marathon we all met downtown & ran the last 1.2 miles of our "marathon" at the actual race. It was so much fun & the kids even received medals at the end, just like REAL marathoners! I can't wait to continue this tradition year after year!

I took some videos too, but those seen to have disappeared off my phone. The quality wasn't fabulous, so maybe better luck next year :)
